In remembrance of his father, David, the name Dockside Dave’s was born and Kyle’s family food journey had begun - and what better way to start a journey, than on wheels?
Dockside Dave’s Food Truck was established in 2022 and one year later, Dockside Dave’s Seafood Market opened its doors in Cape May, NJ; both serve with a dedication to local & fresh seafood, quality ingredients, attention to detail, and of course, Flavor!

Dockside Dave’s was named in remembrance of David Alfredo Mattera, 12/8/60 - 4/7/17.
He knew good Food can transform any meal into a moment.
Perhaps his greatest legacy was the work ethic he instilled in his family.
